The Maxi Listing website is an information center and property practitioners networking hub. There are two functions of this platform. The first is to inform, educate, and the property industry and consumers to allow them to remain compliant. The second function is for agents and members with portal access to interact, manage property listings, and share relevant information.
The purpose of the firm is to facilitate Koti’s Consulting, Soft skill training, workshops, Industry information, Compliance assistance and industry networking. This is borne out of her need to plough back her Knowledge, Experience and Initiative into the Property industry.
Koti has been in Real Estate since 1995 and has achieved immense success as an estate agent, receiving numerous national and regional awards for selling existing properties and new developments at a well-known franchise. After a few years, Koti started a new agency, followed by remarkable success as a Franchise manager and then as the owner-franchisee of a large National Franchise Company.
Since 2010, Koti has been managing the Maxi Group, and recently expanded it to nearly 50 agencies, covering a larger area. After Koti’s children left home, she started a small agency again, which she closed to present workshops and soft skill training for IEASA, Property Practitioners, and Attorneys.
Koti has, through the years, been involved in training, networking, hosting events and serving on numerous committees and boards, including the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa [IEASA]. Koti holds a BA (Social Science) Degree and a National Certificate in Real Estate, NQF level 5, and has attended numerous courses and training sessions.
All of this led to the establishment of her company, Maxi Listing Pty Ltd, as of 1 March 2022. This is a platform from where she renders a service to the Property Industry as a “Compliance Information Centre and Property Practitioners Networking HUB”

Join the Property Practitioner Compliance Club to maintain compliance with regulations to avoid penalties and ensure smooth business operations and more time to spend on money-generating tasks.
Due to the vast demand for personal assistance from agencies all over South Africa, Koti had to introduce, from August 1, 2025, the PPCC to prioritise her service and the number of agencies she can effectively assist.
Club members will have priority access to direct communication via email, discounted 1:1 consultation sessions, workshop recordings, documents, and advantages when a compliance deadline is looming.
The purpose of the club is to assemble a group of Property Practitioner Businesses active in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town and the surrounding area (Maxi members) These Property Practitioners, based on a co-operation agreement contained in the constitution, under a global name, in good faith, maintain a healthy working relationship, between the various Property Practitioner Businesses in a structured manner.
Allow sellers to market their properties through increased exposure across multiple Property Practitioner businesses.
Allow property practitioners' businesses to have more properties available, market their sole mandates more widely, evaluate marketing prices, and create a platform to obtain sole mandates.
Assist each other with price estimations, marketing and sales thereof for the benefit of the Property Practitioner’s Businesses and their respective clients.
