By Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to conduct an inspection in terms of section 25(2) of the Property Practitioners Act, 22of 2019 (the PP Act).
q Compliance or non-compliance of PPA & PPR (and Code of Conduct)

q Minor Compliance Notice - remedy and/or fine
q Substantial contraventions notice - Notice of Adjudication - You will have to appear before an Independent Adjudicator who has authority to adjudicate the dispute
